WHO IS UAE A’TIN

With members hailing from diverse backgrounds and cultures, ​the fanbase serves as a melting pot of enthusiasm and admiration for SB19's music, inspiring journey, and achievements.

Bringing together fans from across the UAE, UAE A’tin creates a supportive and inclusive environment where members can ​share their love for SB19, connect with fellow A’tin, and participate in various activities and events.

HISTORY

The Beginnings

The UAE A'Tin Fanbase was born out of a shared love and admiration for the Filipino P-pop Group SB19. It all started when a ​small group of fans found a haven and immense comfort in following the journey of SB19. In the midst of the group’s struggles, ​these fans saw themselves reflected in the members' perseverance, hard work, and genuine camaraderie, which resonate ​deeply as OFWs who face challenges and sacrifices while working abroad.

The Founding

On October 14, 2019, the ‘SB19 UAE A’tin’ Facebook page was created, as a way to connect and spread awareness about SB19 in ​the UAE. Initially, the members considered themselves part of the Dubai A’tin Chapter, the unofficial name of the group. In ​November 2019, driven by the members’ enthusiasm and a desire to create a dedicated support system for SB19, an official ​fanbase was established together with a few other members, marking it as the First Official Fanbase of SB19 in the UAE. ​Although the fanbase was officially established in November 2019, it was decided to celebrate the UAE A’tin anniversary every ​December 17, symbolizing that the end of one chapter marks the beginning of a new journey with SB19. The challenges, ​struggles, and joys of the past have prepared them for the next chapter. They chose the name ‘UAE A'Tin‘ to reflect both their ​location and their identity as part of the global A'Tin family.

This initial group began meeting informally, discussing and sharing updates about SB19. As SB19 was gaining more popularity, ​they quickly realized the potential for a more organized community that could unite SB19 fans across the UAE. The goal was to ​create a space where fans could connect, share their love for SB19, and participate in events and activities celebrating the P-​pop group.

Building the Community

The founders began by creating social media pages on other platforms like Twitter, TikTok and Instagram to reach out to other ​SB19 fans in the UAE. Their efforts gained traction, as more and more fans joined the online community. The fanbase started ​organizing events, such as fan gatherings and watch parties, cupsleeve events, fan projects, and organized several charity ​events to engage their growing membership.

Today, the UAE A'Tin Fanbase is a thriving community that continues to grow and evolve. The fanbase remains committed to ​creating a positive and inclusive environment for all SB19 fans in the UAE.

As they look to the future, UAE A'Tin aims to further strengthen the community, expand their reach, and continue supporting SB19 ​in every way possible to achieve even greater heights.

• UAE Falcon: The falcon, positioned at the top right, is the national bird of the UAE. It represents strength, and heritage, symbolizing ​the soaring aspirations of SB19 and their fans in the UAE.
